What is an "active" contact?
A contact is considered active only if it is part of at least one group in the portal. Contacts that are not in any group are and not considered active. You can have unlimited number of inactive contacts.

Do I need Office 365, G Suite or Slack?
No, you can also create all your contacts manually in the Numbro portal.

How does a free plan work?
Numbro is available for free up to 30 active contacts and 3 groups. You can use this plan as long as you want.

What are the payment options?
You can pay the service monthly or annually. We accept credit / debit cards and PayPal.

Is it possible to cancel the plan?
